When starting to buy a house my dad recommended using an older realtor with years of experience. My close friend recommended Kyle so I went with my gut and went with him. I am happy to share that my gut was right and I couldn't image this house shopping and buying process going any more smoothly. Kyle is a hard working man. Very easily approachable and he takes his work to heart. The first home we out an offer in, aggressively, and we didn't get it. I feel like Kyke was more upset about it than I was, and I was bummed out by it.  Kyle is up to date on just about everything out there. The latest and greatest materials to use and full of great ideas to update your new home. He's up late at night working and early in the morning as well. You can send him a text and he gets back to you very quickly. I sent him a text after midnight once (because I work night shift) and he responded immediately. I cannot emphasize this enough, Kyle is grade A platinum 5 star quality. He is stellar.
