Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Kyle Snyder and I am a full-time Real Estate Agent assisting Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs. 

In this real estate market, with thousands of real estate salespeople looking for your business, how does someone choose? Which company to go with? Who should I hire? Why choose one agent over another? What services are included?

These questions are going through the minds of Buyers and Sellers today, and my job is to make it all very simple and clear. Not all salespeople and brokerages offer the same services, and so its important to be informed and make a wise decision, especially in light of making one of the largest financial transactions of your life.

I've worked with all sorts of clients and a variety of properties across the Central Ohio area.  From young families looking to move into their first home, business professionals looking to live in the heart of the city, new residents needing a place to live quickly, to home owners selling and upgrading their living arrangements. 

From strategic marketing of homes for sale, to negotiating purchase agreements, I work to best serve my present and future clients. Innovation is key to success, since it's what keeps the engines in the world going.

My focus is to bring all my experience, expertise and creative thinking to my clients and help them forge ahead, create marketing strategies and tactics to get noticed in the market, and to sell their home quickly/buy their home at the best possible terms/make the real estate process stress-free and a pleasant experience.

Fun Facts About Me

I am a stand up paddle board enthusiast.

The saying “a way to a man’s heart is through his stomach” holds very true. Just ask my wife. Nothing is better than spending time with family and friends with some delicious food! 

I drove across the country (Ohio to California) in three days to live in Los Angeles, CA for a couple years. 

I enjoy walking through the Columbus Zoo early in the morning. If you haven’t stopped by the grizzly bear exhibit at 9:00am, you are missing out on a pretty cool show. Also, who wouldn’t love to feed a giraffe? I know I had tons of fun! 

I will never get tired of learning something new.

When football season rolls around, there tends to be some intense, yet fun, competition in my family. 

I have fixed up a classic car.

A dream is to travel the world, meet new people, and experience other cultures!
